This class will focus on physical defense skills from a range of grabs. We’ll start with basic wrist escapes and build our skills to address pins against a wall, grabs from behind, and even hair or hijab pulls. This upbeat class will focus on utilizing openings and basic defense tactics to make sure that we don’t end up being trapped or physically controlled by an attacker.

All of our classes are FREE, drop-in style with no registration, suitable for youth 10+ (please plan to participate if your youth is under the age of 14), and those with physical limitations.
