Join us for an introductory self-defense class! This stand alone class will cover basic defense techniques including communication, awareness, and basic physical defense tactics while standing and facing an attacker. No previous experience is required!

Wear comfortable clothes for moving in. If you have noise sensitivity, consider bringing ear protection as we do work on projecting our voices.
