Our weekly women's trainings in Eugene are every Sunday at Art of War MMA, located at 251b W 7th Ave. Free of charge. No experience or equipment necessary. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early if it's your first time.

Teen girls may participate with the written permission of a parent or guardian. Participants may bring their children, but kids cannot play on the mat or gym equipment for safety reasons.
